Ghanaian Comic rapper who calls himself as the”Face of GH Rap”,AY Poyoo has lamented on how he was denied access to Oasis Pub.The rapper is known to be topless at all time with metallic chains around his neck and body which he sometimes refers to them as being very expensive. AY Poyoo said the “bouncers” or security men at the entrance of the Oasis Pub did not allow him to enter simply because he was not wearing a shirt. The rapper was not happy about the treatment these bouncers gave to him at the entrance on yesterday’s night.According to him, the treatment meted out to him was very bad and did not show respect. This could be true because that is how he is easily identified, a rapper without shirt and with chains so many might think he could have been favoured on his personality.Poyoo continued to say it was the respect that he had for the owner, Desmond Kwesi Blackmore(D-Black) else he would have created a scene in response to their action. The rapper felt he had been discriminated and that could not be a tangible reason why he was not allowed into the Pub.AY Poyoo did not hesitate to let Ghanaians and his fans know how he was treated at the entrance. As such he quickly posted on his Facebook wall,”Big bro D-BLACK your bouncers didn’t allow me to enter Oasis cos I was topless. I understand they are doing their job but they could do that with respect. They spoke to me in a very bad way and the only reason I didn’t create a scene is the respect I have for you.”
The rapper seemed very worried but choose gentility over rudeness because of the respect he had for D-Black.
