Hearts of Oak managed to rescue a point against Bibiani Gold Stars in a thrilling Ghana Premier League encounter on Saturday.
The game looked to be going the way of the home side, who were aiming to achieve their first-ever win over the Ghanaian giants, after Evans Owusu scored a goal just six minutes into the match.
Despite falling behind, Hearts of Oak refused to give up and pushed hard to get back into the game. Hearts of Oak finally found their equaliser in the 99th minute courtest of Isaac Mensah’s header, much to the relief of their fans.

The late goal helped them secure a point and maintain their position in the top four of the league.
The draw means Hearts of Oak are now four points behind league leaders Aduana Stars, while Bibiani Gold Stars are five points adrift of the top spot.
