Medikal says his wife and actress, Fella Makafui, has no qualms with his feature, Cold and Trophies with former lover, Deborah Vanessa.
Addressing rumors of a split between his wife and himself due to the feature with his ex, the ‘Sister Akos’ crooner revealed that their marriage was intact.
He further revealed that after deciding to feature his ex-fiancée, it was in fact his wife who gave the green light for the musical partnership to take place.
“My wife was cool, and I told her I want to do that. She was like this guy. She knows I am stubborn and I do the right thing. It’s normal with women, but she knows the type of person I am, and I am just doing business,” he said
He told Andy Dosty on Hitz Fm that his feature with the Uncle Obama singer and model had no malicious intent behind it and the buzz had also augured well for his upcoming project.
“I mean she is not a bad person or evil, so we only linked up for the music video. The song is Cold and Trophies, and it’s on my Planning and Plotting interlude,” he pointed out.
Medikal and Sister Deborah shocked fans at the beginning of the month when they reunited for the latter’s single, Cold and Trophies, after they both called it quits on their relationship three years ago.
The reunion and Deborah Vanessa’s cryptic caption on Instagram sparked rumors of separation between Medikal and Fella Makafui.
